Here at Cornershop we’re big fans of the Aspen Institute, and since we’ve worked with them in the past, we were jazzed to create an all new Blocksy site for their Financial Security Program(AI-FSP).
With the passage of the 2022 SECURE 2.0 Act, AI-FSP recognized that there was a unique opportunity to spread the word about the importance of retirement savings, as this act created the new Saver’s Match program, a new federal matching contribution for low to moderate-income workers.
Our goal was to create a simple, well-designed custom nonprofit website that got right down to business, explaining the purpose of the Saver’s Match and how it can help everyday Americans save more for retirement. To do so, we focused our efforts on creating a straight-forward design that highlights the benefits of the match, how it works, and eligibility.
The big hero of this build was the Visualizer Tables and Charts plugin, allowing us to create custom data tables and other visualizations on the site to help us emphasize the power of the Saver’s Match program to those interested in an easily understood format.
As a whole, this site showcases the power of a simple, goal-focused website, and we’re incredibly proud of our work on the site and our continued collaboration with the Aspen Institute. By creating a clear, user-friendly site, we’ve helped make vital financial information more accessible to those who need it most. We look forward to seeing how this site empowers individuals to take charge of their retirement savings and make the financial choices that are best for them. We can’t wait to continue working with the Aspen Institute on future projects.
